At Baobab Collection, we strive for perfection in every handcrafted piece; however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return period for unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team within 14 days of delivery to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the unused candle or diffuser in its original gift box and protective shipping carton to ensure the delicate glass remains intact during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
